Digital technologies and safety control of construction facilities for integrated sustainable development of earthquake-prone territories
19
Keywords: safety, urban planning activity, buildings, measurements (meter) of low-frequency seismic vibrations (INSC), engineering seismometric station (ISS), control, monitoring, capital construction object, technical condition, seismic safety, system of engineering seismometric observations of CISN
The work is devoted to the problems of ensuring integrated safety and control of the technical condition of buildings and structures during operation as the basis and one of the important elements necessary to ensure the necessary conditions for the integrated sustainable development of earthquakeprone areas. Various regulatory, organizational, methodological and technical aspects of the organization of such control at the national level are considered, issues arising in this field of activity are identified, proposals for their solution are formed. Specific technical solutions for the installation of observation stations that can be used for installation on buildings and structures, including during the restoration of the national system of engineering seismometric observations, are given.

Dynamics of natural scale seismically isolated buildings and the innovative 3D BCS seismic isolation system for safety important buildings and structures
26
Keywords: 3D BCS seismic isolation, LRB, TPB, BCS, supports, analysis, experimental field and shaking table tests
Relevant issues of design, analysis and natural scale tests of the 3D seismic isolation system SIS BCS are considered. Full-scale field data during the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and experimental studies on the E-Defense shaking table showed ineffectiveness of the existing most common seismic isolation systems as elastomeric bearings (LRB) and tilting pendulum supports (TPB). In this regard, new design criteria for an optimal 3D seismic isolation system have been developed and a practical technical solution has been found to create such a system based on coil spring isolators together with 3D dampers named as Base Control System -BCS. Full-scale field tests of the BCS have been carried out, which have confirmed its high 3D efficiency, including operation under a real earthquake.

Mathematical modeling of the process of selective water intake when taking water from the upper layer of a two-layer stratified reservoir
33
Keywords: stratified reservoir, selective water intake process, contact initial-boundary value problem, theory of surface and internal gravitational waves, ideal incompressible fluid, differential Laplace operator
The article presents a mechanical and mathematical modeling of a selective water intake process in a two-layer stratified reservoir, when water is taken from the upper clarified layer of the reservoir for the needs of technical water supply of some industrial enterprise. The compiled model represents the initial boundary value problem of the theory of surface and internal gravitational waves in an ideal incompressible fluid. As a result of the analytical solution of the initial boundary value problem, a set of calculation formulas has been obtained, which, with the involvement of computer computing tools, allows calculating and selecting the overall dimensions of the intake window, as well as the amount of its penetration into the water, so that a selective water intake process is provided exclusively from the upper clarified layer of the reservoir and so that water from the lower turbid layer does not flow into the intake window. The choice of the specified input parameters of the system stratified reservoir – water intake window provides a stable selective sampling exclusively from the upper clarified layer of the reservoir
SAFETY AUDITING. RISK ASSESSMENT AND MANAGEMENT

Prospects for the development of the territory of the city of Baikalsk taking into account seismic and geoecological risks
38
Keywords: seismic hazard, estimated seismicity of territories, comprehensive analysis, geoecological monitoring, seismic risk, development prospects of the territory
An assessment of the rational use of territories should be the result of an objective and comprehensive analysis of the seismic-geological situation and the ecological state of the natural environment. Geoecological risk makes it possible to assess the magnitude of the probabilistic hazard or the degree of probability of violation of the stability of the environment (damage) as a result of natural and man-made influences. The seismic risk assessment will make it possible to determine the indicators of the reliability of engineering structures and the safety of the population due to an earthquake

On the issue of setting the level of seismic impact on high-rise buildings
45
Keywords: high-rise buildings, seismic resistance, the level of design impact, reliability, risk
The issue of setting the design level of seismic input on high-rise buildings is considered. For this aim, the ratio of damages from earthquakes of highrise (25-storey) and low (5-storey) buildings is analyzed. For them, the distribution density functions of damage from earthquakes of various strength and frequency were constructed. The b-distribution is taken as the basic damage distribution during earthquakes. To set the input, a generalization of the balanced risk principle was used. In this case, it is not the risks (mathematical expectation of damages) that need to be matched, but the specified probabilities of the limiting states. It is shown that with high requirements for the permissible risk, high-rise buildings should be designed for a higher load than conventional ones. The estimates of the multiplying coefficient are given. The obtained estimates are compared with the normative data and proposals of other authors.
