State of regulatory documentation for the calculation of transport facilities for seismic effects
Authors: Kurbatskii E.N., Titov E.Y., Pestryakova E.A.
Key words: earthquake accelerograms, peak acceleration, peak velocity, peak displacementl, tunnels, bridges, normative documents.
A critical analysis of the document Code SP 14.13330.2014 «SNIP II-7-81* Construction in seismic areas». It is noted that the presented normative documents contain outdated information corresponding to the middle of the last century. Documents do not match the current level of development of science and knowledge in the field of calculation of structures for seismic stability. In the analyzed papers old seismic input information is used. This information has been obtained by using a small number of earthquakes accelerograms recorded in analog forms. At present the designers are not provided Regulations for the design of earthquake-proof structures in areas with high seismic activity.
About the materials of the Strategy of spatial development of Russia, prepared by the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation
Authors: Vilner M.J., Akbiev R.T.
Key words: concept, methodological basis, spatial development, strategic planning, territorial planning, sustainable socio-economic development.
The research is devoted to the actual problem related to the development of the concept of the strategy of spatial development of the Russian Federation. On the basis of the analysis of the proposals of the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation on such a concept are positive aspects – the study conducted in the analytical part of the relationship between the population and the development of urban agglomerations, on the one hand, and labor productivity in them on the other, as well as shortcomings associated with the methodology of territorial planning as the basis for the development of a system of documents defining such a strategy and recommendations to address them..

Dams HPP state monitoring using industrial microseisms
Authors: Antonovskaya G.N., Kapustian N.K., Basakina I.M., Afonin N.Y., Klimov A.N.
Key words: hydropower station, passive and active seismic methods, structure state monitoring, finite-element model.
The complex of passive and active seismic methods for the structure state monitoring and foundation soil properties survey in high level of industrial vibration and electrical noises are presented. We solved the task of finding out the reasons of change in concrete dam state in Viet Nam. The main factor is the difference in deformation properties of the geological environment of the right and left riverbanks. We have built a finite-element model of the dam and simulated its deformation under the own weight and water load. This simulation confirms our experimental results.
