Сritical analysis of condition of the normative documents on calculation of structures for earthquake

Accepted on the 1 July 2015 CODEs SP 14.13330.2014 «SNIP II-7-81*. Construction in seismic areas «are unsuccessful updating obsolete SNIP II-7‑81 * (the Ministry of Construction of Russia. Moscow, 1995). In addition to outdated provisions which were included in the previous version of SNIP at 1969, in the updated edition appeared erroneous recommendations, the use of which in bridge and tunnel design and construction can lead to disasters from earthquakes. Designing of civil and transport facilities are not provided by the regulatory documents relevant to current knowledge on seismology and the modern methods of dynamic structures design.

Experimental and theoretical studies of a fragment of a building of masonry strengthened with external reinforcement system based on carbon fiber

Investigated the influence of the external reinforcement system by composite materials based on carbon fibers on the carrying capacity of construction with walls of brick masonry under seismic loading. Defined the mechanism of working of the reinforced samples and identified basic construction requirements, which helps increase seismic stability. The method of calculation of carrying capacity of brick masonry reinforced composite materials is presented.
Mathematical model of probabilisticstatistical accelerograms

The technique of constructing a three-component synthesized probabilistic and statistical accelerograms of earthquakes 7, 8 and 9 points on the MSK-64 scale and seismic response spectra (SRS) and generalized seismic response spectra. A comparison of the seismic spectra with the spectra constructed by RB 006‑1998 and SP 14.13330.2014. The proposed model of seismic influence allows to eliminate the conservatism model plane seismic effects SP 14.13330.2014.
