Keywords: urban planning, general seismic zoning, earthquakes, maps, seismic hazard, seismic microzoning
The publication is devoted to an urgent problem related to the creation of new maps of the general seismic zoning (NEO) of the Russian Federation, which are proposed to be developed to replace the existing maps of the SRS that require modernization.
As a matter of discussion, it is proposed to consider the draft of new requirements in the form of «Recommendations for the development of interactive maps of the general seismic zoning of the territory of the Russian Federation».
The document was prepared by the Central Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, IFZ RAS and GFI VNC RAS under the guidance of Professor Rogozhin Evgeny Alexandrovich, whose author»s developments were taken as the basis for the preparation of this document. The recommendations are based on the results of a critical analysis of modern developments in this area in foreign countries, after studying the positive experience and the substantive part of the norms of individual EAEU member states, with an assessment of compliance of the methods of rationing and mapping with the scientific and methodological foundations of Eurocode 8, taking into account the proposals of participants of various thematic seminars and conferences held by the Eurasian Seismic Association and the above-mentioned partner organizations.

Keywords: agglomerations, urban planning security; integrated sustainable development, development of territories; spatial planning, settlement,
seismic safety
The task of spatial planning for the integrated sustainable development of earthquake-prone areas requires new approaches and methods, and therefore research in this area is currently becoming particularly relevant. This article presents theses on the subject of research that determine the role of agglomeration processes of settlement in the organization of the arrangement of the territory of Russia, with an emphasis on earthquake-prone territories that are subject to mandatory accounting when solving the above task. Together with other publications of the authors on a given topic, this work aims to identify the main approaches for further improvement of the state urban planning policy and integrated urban and seismic safety of territories in the form of theses.

Abstract: Information on the practical implementation of the wave theory of seismic safety is given. The problems of numerical modeling of seismic safety of the Koyna dam (India) with a base in the form of a half-plane under unsteady wave influences are considered. The seismic effect is modeled as a Heaviside function, that is, as a step function, which is the fundamental effect. The elastic contour stress on the faces of the dam is almost a mirror image of one another, that is, antisymmetric. The dam is dominated by bending waves. The study of the unsteady wave stress state showed that the results of numerical modeling correspond to the nature of the destruction observed in the Koyna dam after the earthquake.

Computational and experimental evaluation of three-dimensional displacements (on the example of full-scale vibration tests of a fragment of a wooden frame-panel building)

Keywords: accelerometer, velosimeter, vibration machine, dynamic impact, rigidity of structures, tests, frame-panel buildings, earthquake resistance, fragment
The task of ensuring the quality of measurements to assess the work of objects for seismic resistance is very relevant. When measuring with accelerometers to estimate movements in space, it is not always possible to build a model with a small error in the results of calculations (integration). Working out the construction of such a model is possible when conducting full-scale tests of buildings, their fragments and models, which are carried out with the help of special vibrating power equipment (vibratory machines). In the article, using the example of full-scale tests of a fragment of a wooden frame-panel building, the results of research are presented, with the construction of a numerical model of the spatial movement of the building under dynamic influence, as well as comparisons with similar values of such movements recorded using bicycle meters and accelerometers.

Geosystem monitoring of violated territories using microseismic sensing

Keywords: geosystem monitoring of disturbed areas, geophysical research, engineering surveys, microseismic sounding method, ecological barrier
The article presents the development of a methodology for predictive and analytical assessment of the movement of technogenic flows based on a physical and geological model of their source as part of geosystem monitoring of contaminated and disturbed lands with predictable eco-anomalies using the method of microseismic sounding.
