Key words:
earthquake-resistant construction, regulatory framework, codes of practice, seismic areas
The article considers the state of the existing normative-technical base of design and normative assessment of the technical condition of capital construction projects in seismic regions of the Russian Federation. The main directions of development of new codes of practice for all types of earthquake-resistant construction, as well as separate documents for the design of linear facilities and hydraulic structures.

validation, microdynamic method, shear waves, KUB-2,5.
A method for validating a building model based on the correlation of the experimental and numerical values of the velocity of propagation of shear seismic waves along the building is proposed. The technique is approved on the example of the 11‑storey building of the KUB-2,5 series. The modal microdynamical method was used to determine the propagation velocities of shear seismic waves along the building. In the physical modeling package ANSYS, the wave field propagation of the seismic pulse along the building was studied by the method of transient analysis.

ABOUT THE CLASS OF SEISMIC RESISTANCE

Authors:
Dorofeev V.M.
Key words:
seismic resistance, earthquakes, seismic protection, monitoring of buildings and structures
In connection with the need to protect the population from the effects of earthquakes, the article considers the problem of determining the real seismic
resistance of existing urban development and subsequent monitoring of its changes, i. e. the creation of monitoring systems of buildings and structures
of existing urban development.
